Welcome to Lumina Laundry. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Using Our Platform
Lumina Laundry connects customers with independent, approved laundry and dry-cleaning vendors. We facilitate bookings, payments, and order tracking, but each order is fulfilled by the vendor you select.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once a pickup slot is booked and accepted by the vendor.
- Currently, all orders are settled via Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.
- Pricing shown at checkout reflects the total payable amount, including any applicable discounts.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before pickup is confirmed by the vendor. Once items have been collected, cancellation is at the vendor's discretion.
5. Vendor Responsibility
Partner vendors are independent businesses responsible for the quality and care of laundry services performed. Lumina reviews vendors before they join the platform and monitors ongoing service quality.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we work with trusted partners, Lumina Laundry is not liable for damage or loss of items beyond what is covered by the fulfilling vendor's own policies. Please report any issues with an order promptly through your dashboard or our Contact page.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumina Laundry after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
