How does pickup and delivery work?
+Choose a service, add items to your cart, and pick a pickup and delivery date at checkout. A driver from your chosen shop will collect your items on the pickup date and return them fresh on the delivery date.
How long does laundry usually take?
+Most orders are ready within 24-48 hours depending on the service and vendor. You can pick your preferred delivery date directly at checkout.
What areas do you currently serve?
+Lumina partners with approved local laundry shops across several areas. Check the "Nearest Store" page to see shops currently available near you.
What payment methods are accepted?
+Right now all orders are Cash on Delivery — you pay when your freshly cleaned items are delivered back to you.
Can I track my order?
+Yes — once logged in, your dashboard's "My Orders" section shows the live status of every order, from pending to delivered.
How do I become a Lumina partner shop?
+Laundry businesses can register as a vendor from the sign-up page. After a quick admin review, your shop goes live and starts receiving orders.
